My Buyer's Agency Service

  • If you're not already represented, you may wish to ask me to be your Buyer's Agent.

  • As your Agent I am obligated to fully represent you including negotiating the lowest price with the best terms for you.

  • I will always disclose the amount the Seller's agency is offering me to represent you as your Agent (Buyer's Agent).

  • The only place to view limited information on ALL active Moncton area MLS® homes, land, camps, cottages, et cetera is the Canada wide website - www.REALTOR.ca.

  • Please note: The listing agencies, all their salespeople and their staff represent their Sellers as Agent for the Seller.

  • If you risk calling or emailing the Seller's agency or their salespersons, be very careful about giving out any information about yourself or your motivations for buying.

  • The Seller's representatives are obligated to disclose to their Seller client everything you disclose, such as how much you are willing to pay or any important information you might inadvertently reveal.

  • The Seller's representatives are also obligated to get their Seller client the highest price with the best possible terms.

  • If you find properties of interest to you then contact me by phone or below with the MLS® numbers.

  • I will obtain all the property information from the database without revealing anything about you to the Seller's Agency or their salespeople. (this does not apply to any MLS® listings where I am already the Seller's Agent)

  • I can also arrange to email you daily the newest listings. As soon as a new listing is entered in the database, you'll receive an email link to every new listing which meets your home search criteria, complete with the address and price.   • Low resolution virtual tours for potential buyers who may not have high speed internet access.

  • A complimentary pre-listing inspection by a 30 year member of the Atlantic Home Warranty Program.

  • A secure, online virtual folder in our virtual office to store all the information about your real estate transaction, such as records of viewing and showings, for easy access by you, day or night.

  • You get all this for a competitive 5% commission rate, and I offer a full half (2.5%) of this to any Buyer's agent.
