  • Without any doubt, the one and only place for you to view limited information on
    ALL active Moncton area MLS® homes, land, camp, cottage or other listings is the Canada wide national website - www.realtor.ca.

  • Please take note: The listing agencies, all their salespeople and their staff represent their Sellers' listings as Agent for the Seller.

  • Be very careful giving out information should you call or email the Seller's agency or their salespersons.

  • They are obligated to disclose to their Seller client everything you disclose, such as how much you are willing to pay or any important facts you may inadvertently reveal.

  • They are also obligated to their Seller client to get the highest price with the very best possible terms.

  • If you're not already represented, you may wish to ask me to be your Buyer's Agent.

  • Then I will be obligated to get you the lowest price with the best terms for you.

  • Contact me by phone or below with the MLS® numbers of properties that interest you.

  • I will obtain the information from the database for you  without revealing anything about you to the Seller's Agency or their salespeople.

  • (Above does not apply to these MLS® listings where I 'm already the Seller's Agent)

  • I can also arrange to email you daily the newest listings. As soon as a new listing is entered in the database, you'll receive an email link to every new listing which meets your home search criteria, complete with the address and price.
